I understand how challenging it can be to reach out for help. That is why I am determined to offer individuals and families a safe and confidential environment to work through challenges, create a plan and move forward in their journey with compassion, self-respect and dignity. I specialize in life transitions, personal growth and the healing and nurturing of relationships. I also provide a number of specialty services within the field of separation and divorce. I focus specifically on Collaborative practice, coaching, co parenting challenges, reintegration and reunification work, and mediation. I also work with pre-teens and adolescents who are struggling with the everyday challenges of living in two households. I work with clients to learn new skill sets to address the areas that they identify as creating difficulty for them in their lives. I work in a collaborative manner with clients so that they have ultimate ownership of their growth and progress!
