Co Parenting with respect Parent Coaching

A pathway to healthier communication

I believe that there are creative and non-adversarial ways to resolve conflict. In keeping with this belief I, (along with two colleagues from the Denver Metro area) co-authored the Co-Parenting with Respect program or CPR.  This is a 10 hour innovative and very effective, educational program for parents who’s level of conflict is effecting their ability to co-parent effectively. CPR works with parents together (yes in the same room) to learn and build skills that will allow them to co-parent their children in a healthy way despite their differences or reasons for divorce. Parents will learn many skills over the course of the class that may even assist in the mediation of other aspects of their divorce. Through class lessons, experiential exercises and practice outside of class, parents develop a working relationship that will benefit the entire family!
Structured coursework provides a road map for success!
